"My experience with BrightCHAMPS has…"

My experience with BrightCHAMPS has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After placing an order, I was told I would receive instructions via email — but to this day, I haven’t received anything. I contacted their team multiple times, provided my registered email, and even followed their suggestion to check my spam folder. Nothing.

I sent a clear, professional follow-up demanding an update and highlighting the complete lack of support — yet days have passed with no response at all.

What’s shocking is the absence of:
• Any instructions or updates on their website
• A proper customer service phone number
• A functional support system that actually replies

It’s unacceptable for any company to treat customers this way. I trusted this platform, and instead, I’ve been left in the dark with no information, no guidance, and no way to move forward.

Unless they dramatically improve their customer service, I strongly do not recommend BrightCHAMPS to anyone.

BrightCHAMPS is an excellent educational platform for children, especially those aged 7-12, that creatively develops coding, financial literacy, and digital skills. The teachers are very enthusiastic, and the lessons are interactive and practical. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful!
