"FRADULENT GEM REWARD/REFERRAL SCHEME"
THE GEM REWARD/REFERRAL SCHEME IS COMPLETE FRAUD!!! The institution has a referral reward scheme that encourages existing students to invite new students and get GEMs as a reward for each demo and successful enrolment. As published in the student dashboard, each successful referral gets you 10 gems and each successful demo class gets you 1 gem. My ward has 8 successful referral and 97 gems in total. This qualifies him to win a mac book or play station 5 as 70 gems is required to claim either prize. We made a request for the mac book on 24/02/2025 and till date, we have not been contacted by the institution as promised making the scheme to be classified as FRAUD. Again on the dashboard, it shows we have redeemed the reward which is a LIE and a complete misrepresentation of the facts. In my opinion, trust has been broken as a result of a breach of conditions that was set by the institution unforced. I hereby advise anyone engaging in this scheme to deal at their own risk as they have proven that they use people to get enrolment without keeping to the other end of the bargain. This act is adjudged SHAMEFUL, SADDENING and VERY PATHETHIC.

They have to reconsider their penalty policies for teachers. Their penalties are more higher than their actual class payment. They will not understand teachers situation only they know how can they cut money from teacher by applying penalties. You cannot take more than 7 to 10 demos if you do not give conversions. And importantly conversions depends on your course fees. How can teachers be responsible for that ? Kindly reconsider your policies.

Are seriously disturbing. I have once enquired by mistake and since then you guys are calling me every now and then and bothering me ! What kind of gesture is that??? Even though I told you my child is not having enough time to enrol with you guys just now as he has other schedules and he is busy, but I said I will contact you back if I like him to register with you! Still keep calling and annoying!! Why???

"Openly Rude to Low Income People"
We signed up and did the coding class and afterwards we were asked of we would like to purchase. When I told the lady that we were were low income and asked if they had any options for us she simply clicked off the call and that was it. At that point, I was done. That was just rude.
Since then (and it has been a few months), I get phone calls asking to participate or telling me I've missed a class I never signed up for. Asked nicely MULTIPLE TIMES for them to stop and of course it hasn't. They still call. Even after I said I'm not going to purchase they still call. And its from different numbers so block one another calls from a different number. Like SPAMMERS AND SCAMMERS. Just saying.
Don't like how I was treated. Gave them 1 star because I had to, not because I wanted to.

"One of the worst experiences ever"
One of the worst experiences ever. Initially you will be followed up by over 5-6 people only to get you to pay money and book for sessions but once you book it, you will not be able to reach anyone. No one will respond to WhatsApp text or calls or even the complaint raised on their dashboard as well. We paid $700 and the teacher doesn’t join properly, instead of 60 mins she takes session only for 30 mins, she joins late, leaves early and most of days doesn’t join at all. None of my complaints are taken & no one Manish, Mohit or Anjali Singh ever responds. Since i have paid , i have to endure this unprofessional behavior and wait for the 70 sessions to get over. Moreover, they will never refund also. This is bogus, utter waste or time, energy, money. Its mental harassment

"Worst Customer Service (Click Bait)"
I had the worst experience with BrightChamps. They know how to lure to into getting your money upfront in the name of better deal, but their customer service is the worst. My Child enrolled in the Coding class last year July2024, but the teacher we got was only asking my kid to copy paste the code, and would do her own chores during the class. I asked to change the class, so Mr Mir (My customer Rep) suggested me to move to coding classes, if I pay additionaly $442 for the robotics kit on top of the $1500 I have already paid for the classes (click bait tactic), and also promised that if I do so, he will transfer the 22 coding classes use to Robotics, so I wont lose any classes. We got a very good teacher (Mr. Paras) for robotics, but the coding classes were never transferred neither we got the kit promised. I am escalating this issue since last september 2024, but for the first few month there is standard answer, we are working on it, and now I am unable to reach out to anyone, even after raising multiple tickets. I have spend countless hours in trying to get the issue resolved, but looks like they do not care about the customer after the sale is done. Stay away from this company as much as possible.
