This company is a Scam, I signed my daughter up to lessons, the Internet connection was so poor she missed the class. Yet, she received a certificate for 'all her hard work and the results!' No the company keep harassing me saying my daughter has been selected to part of some exclusive lessons, what utter rubbish!

"Worst customer experience "

I enrolled my son into 150 class coding program when Chirag one of their sales manager assured me that if at any time we don’t like it we can get refund for the remaining classes. However the same gentleman, who was so respectful during enrollment process - is not helping when after couple months my son is no longer interested in this program. I requested him for cancellation and processing refund 3 weeks back and no help. He asked me to raise online ticket - no response from brightchamps. This is so unethical and can’t understand how this platform is rated high!
