What a fantastic company! From the first time, we spoke to Dan & Kerry right through to receiving our offer yesterday, they were absolutely fantastic. They made our remortgage process easy and took a lot of stress off us. Whenever we had a query, they would explain with so much detail and made it so much easier for us. We cannot thank Dan & Kerry enough for the work they have done. Highly recommend!

No we do not work for them, they have just performed a miracle for us. We really made Shelagh and Kerry work hard due to our circumstances. We were turned down by one mortgage company but Shelagh would just not give up and it paid off in the end. Kerry kept us in the loop up to the last minute. We received our offer yesterday :)
After reading many threads on the internet from people that cannot use high street banks, a lot of people use Simply, and recommend them, and we can see why. We personally cannot recommend this company enough. Everyone wanted to help getting us this mortgage and all staff were polite and helpful on answering the phones. Everyone wants to make your dreams come true. Thank you all again

"Absolutely fantastic company"

Absolutely fantastic company! From the first time I spoke with Jamie right through to formal offer they were amazing. Jamie & Karen made everything so easy from start to receiving our formal offer that took less than one week to put in place! We sent all our documents that had been requested and that wasn’t that much on the Sunday, by the end of Tuesday Karen had confirmed the mortgage had been agreed pending valuation, never have I had a mortgage offer agreed so quickly. Karen & Jamie are the ultimate professionals, they are both highly competent knowledgable and made the process so easy and simple from start to finish. If you are looking for a new mortgage then I would highly recommend you give Jamie and Karen a call if you have adverse be credit or not you won’t regret going with these guys or simply lending, as they are simply superb!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Lending due to their patience and knowledge held by the team. Our case wasn't the simplest due to circumstances outside of mine or Simply's control. But the team at Simply were patience and responded within a good timeframe when I did have an update. They also listened to our needs and preferences and recommended the best solution based on this info.

Shelagh & Tia what can I say, after being dropped by our previous broker due to a disagreement & needing a new offer with only a few weeks to prepare, both of them worked so hard knowing it was urgent & within 10 days had an offer.
Without the help of Shelagh & Tia we would be facing homelessness as a court order for possession of our rented property giving us till 18th December to move out.
These two have worked miracles & can't thank them enough.
