Simply lending wow an incredible company with incredible employees.
After having a house fall through due to unforeseen circumstances involving the vendors probate its fair to say it felt all hope was lost.How wrong i was.
Michael budzak sprang in to action and helped secure me another mortgage offer, he worked tirelessly with the mortgage provider who seemed to make it impossible to get it to offer so after a lot if back and forth with the mortgage provider michael advised me to try another lender and I'm so pleased i listened as he had a dip in no time at all the same day if i remember correctly.Henever once gave up even when at times it was difficult due to factors out of our control he always had full faith in his ability to get myself the mortgage i hoped for.Thank you so much michael ill be forever great full for your efforts.
Now we have the dip i was left in the brilliant capable hands of an absolute diamond Kerry bates (my case handler) id had the pleasure of been in Kerry's capable hands on the first mortgage offer that fell through so you can imagine how happy i was when Kerry was allocated my case for the second offer.
Kerry kept me well informed and did her very best to keep me calm through the whole process.
Kerry was so pro active in everything she did for my case from emailing me daily to keep updated ,to chasing the estate agents to get things moving and working along side my solicitor to get the transaction complete in a timely manner as she knew i needed this to complete asap. If it wasn’t for Kerrys hard efforts i really dont think this would have gone to offer as soon as it did Kerry went above and beyond for me even on her days off she checked in on my case and took the time to email me and in some cases phone calls(communication was unbelievably brilliant), she was on top of all my documents and information all the way, no time had to lapse during the underwriting process.
Kerry thank you so much for everything yourself and simply lending have changed my life thank you so much for helping me get my first mortgage and a brilliant first home i could write so much about what you have done for me but i think ill sum it up like this, Kerry your a diamond and yourself and simply lending are truly life changing

Using Simply Lending to obtain our Mortgage was not a disappointment in any way. They are very professional in what they do. We were kept well informed of all the progress with regular updates regarding our Mortgage Application. Jamie Lilley (Mortgage Advisor) was the initial contact who collected all our personal and financial information. He was most helpful and knowledgeable of the Mortgage product we were looking for. After collecting what he needed from us we were then passed to our delegated Case Manager. Ria Daniel who again was very professional in what she knew and did. She dealt with all aspects of the actual Mortgage Application from applying to receiving a Mortgage Offer.
