"Total scam"

Total scam. Been waiting 3 months and still nothing, they printed a shipping label 2 months ago, but have never been scanned or handed over to Fedex.

Ordered my leaf mules on December 17th! So far nothing has been sent to me ! Total scam, they just take your money and don’t give u what u paid for. Absurd and an actual robbery

Ordered on 15th February 2023: nothing received. Reached out three times: no real response, no refund. Am awaiting disputed payment via my Credit Card company. I hope someone takes legal action against this company.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered the fluffy Mona Lisa, £120, not only was what I received not representative of what they advertised in terms of quality, but having returned the item to them for a refund (with confirmation of delivery on my end), suddenly radio silence from their customer service. Total waste of money and time, with literally nothing to show for my money. Awful.

Like most reviewers, I’ve placed my order on January 23rd. Same thing with slow responses. Then the lie about “being shipped”. Kept chasing for tracking number and every week or two I get a response saying it’ll be shared soon. I asked for a refund and no response either.

Waited for 4 months, still not been shipped. Terrible customer service and an absolute scam. I've asked for a refund three times and the average response time on emails are a week+. They ignore you when you want your money back. They essentially steal your money and give you no product. Thanks Kahove... Absolute joke.

I order my PO end of december, 2 pictures, order #3545, and I still waiting. I wrote a lot of emails but imposible

If I receive the PO we will write another comments but for the moment, we don’t know what to spect.

I hope we get this PO soon Becuase we order this pictures with a lot of ilusión for our new house
