It would be nice to give zero stars. Ordered some shoes 'Deliciosa Mules' from these jokers, second email after order confirmation ‘...some exciting news? Phase 1 of the production process is complete!...we have attached an image of the Deliciosa Mule mold' ie They hadn’t even made any shoes to sell at that pt! There was nothing to suggest that when I ordered them, I assumed they already had some, it’s perhaps doubtful that they ever did make any D. Mules. I waited patiently like a donkey for two months and decided checked my kahove account it was marked ‘delivered’ I never received anything, Kahove assured me the shoes were apparently delayed?!? Asked for a refund - again nothing after two weeks. Follow up email has been ignored. They are untrustworthy and conning people. Avoid at all costs unless you feel like being taken for a ride.

This is my second review (scroll to see my first) as I can't reply to "Heidi" 's comment on my first review. Just so we're all clear - I have NOT received the refund that has apparently been 'issued', and once again I am receiving no replies to my emails.

"Fluffy Mona Lisa"
What a joke this place is. Although we did receive our order (after following up multiple times), the quality of the item is not at all how it appears online. It is a rug, not on canvas, and the colors are nowhere near as deep and bold. For over a month now, we’ve been trying to get a refund and details on how to return. Customer service is non-existent. Please refund order #3845 or #4267 and send return details asap (for some reason we were given 2 order numbers for one item).

"SCAM! Fluffy Night picture never arrived"
I ordered a ‘Fluffy Night’ picture for £270 in January 2023, it is now 2 months later and no product has arrived.
I received multiple emails from their customer support reassuring me it will arrive any day and now I realise the whole website is a scam and they had no intention of sending me what I bought.
They even provided a fake Evri tracking number.
Please do not fall into the trap I did, if you have given them money and not received a delivery please pursue a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company.

"Still no £270 refund, still no response, despite proof of return"
Following my last negative review of MyKahove on 1st March (“Terrible customer service, not received £270 refund”) I got an immediate response, not only on TrustPilot but amazingly also on email! Unfortunately, that’s where any communication from them ended!
Take with a pinch of salt their TrustPilot reply! They stated my return had not arrived back at their depot which is why they had not refunded me and they asked for the tracking number. I sent them the Royal Mail tracking number to prove it had arrived on 17th February (2 weeks earlier!), the return was received by A Smith at 12.44pm at the address they had told me to send it to. Following that proof I expected to see my extremely overdue refund of £270. Unsurprisingly, now a further 2 weeks have passed and another 3 emails have once again been ignored, no response and still no refund!
To anyone out there tempted to purchase anything from MyKahove, please don’t!! It has now been a ridiculous, unprofessional and painful 3 month process from the initial order of my item to now and I still don’t have my money back. They have a shocking and near non existent Customer Service and their return and refund policy is not worth the paper it’s written on, as far as I’m concerned MyKahove have stolen my money!
Such a shame their customers need to revert to review sites and threats of legal action to get a response!
Once again, I have made them aware in my last email that I would be posting very negatively on TrustPilot this morning, unsurprisingly, again I got no response. Unfortunately the next stage is Ombudsman, Trading Standards and Small Claims Court, which again I have told them I will be doing, but…....guess what?........no response!

SCAM! They provide no details of where to return items to on the website or with the order, when it eventually arrives. I have emailed 3 times and tried to call the number 4 times.
