The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!
I cancelled my order and have been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks. No advisor is able to give me an answer. Some tell me that my order will be shipped soon in response to the question "when are you going to refund me".
It seems that they don't even read my messages. It is revealing of the way they see their customers.
They are dishonest!

The product quality is terrible. the fur falls off just by touching it.
I ordered to be delivered to Spain and ii ended up paying tax when nothing about tax was mentioned on their website.
I tried to reach out to them on Instagram, and no response at all. I sent them many emails. They replied to one saying they would escalate to some department which is clearly a lie.
I researched fury Lisa and it turned out to be done by an artist, i contacted the artist on Instagram and he told me this company is a scam. They don't have rights.

My fluffy Mona was delivered quite late - it took about one month from the payment, but it looks great and I really love it. I am really happy with this purchase.

Let me clarify something based on Kahove’s response to my review. I disputed their charge with American Express AFTER writing my review AND waiting more time for a response. My money was not “refunded as requested”.
I ordered 12/25. The order was delayed 2 weeks for "making a comb". Then when I reached out I was told "next week" and then again "oh soon" and now I don't get a response. I posted on Facebook about it and have had several people reach out to me in messenger as their reviews (negative) and comments were deleted. The item was advertised as framed, but it arrived for those people with a piece of wood on the top and bottom, set crooked and made cheaply. I didn't order a piece of material stuck to wood. Of course they actually received something, whereas I have nothing at all

"Slow delivery but so worth it!!"
So my order did take a little while to arrive but the company were decent enough at keeping me updated. Ignore the scam reviews, it certainly isn’t a scam. My fluffy Mona Lisa arrived today and I’m over the moon with her! I did expect her to have some backing, instead she’s hung with two bits of wooden and wires, but she is seriously cool! Nice to have something a little out of the ordinary and I’m excited to hear my friends comments when they visit 🤩

"Rip-off, Con, and absolute scam!"
Well, it's a rip-off that feels like a scam. 270 pounds for a piece of polyester cloth that you can pick in Camden Market for 20 pounds. Very cheaply constructed with 2 pieces of timber, metal wires and double-sided tape. Absolut disgrace. The pictures on their website are very misleading and the furry Mona Lisa I did order does not look anything like in pictures. Save yourself lots of money and never order from them. AND, their customer service will ignore you once you raise the issues. Shameful con!!!!!!

"I love my furry lady!"
I love my furry lady! I was definitely nervous about purchasing from a targeted ad on IG. It took FOREVER for her to ship, but she finally arrived via FedEx yesterday. I assume it's because it shipped from the UK and I live in the States. I placed my order on 12/19/22 and received her on 1/31/23. I think the company is also just up and coming, so that probably plays into it. They did a decent job of keeping me in the loop on the delays. The quality is pretty good, although the way it hangs is a little strange. I do love having such a unique piece of art in my apartment!

I must admit, after ordering via and Instagram, I had a moment of panic where I thought I might’ve been scammed. I was actually convinced of it. So, color me surprised when she arrived today in all of her glory! She is lovely.

Everything about this so called “company” is fake. In November 2022 I placed an order, they took my money and nothing ever arrived. They changed their company name, email address, phone number and profile on social media.
After tracking them down to a new email address I eventually got an email saying they had been “taking a break over Christmas”. Over 9 weeks later still nothing but Kahove or myKahove or whatever they’re going to call themselves next week have been busy, they’ve now moved their office from Ipswich to a town near Leeds (both in England) however their phone number is in Edinburgh (Scotland) which technically is in a different country and is approximately 200 miles apart but I guess it’s closer than their previous address in Ipswich which was about 400 miles away.
I’ve also found out that their phone number is flagged as being linked to various types of fraud. Their previous address in Ipswich was a fake with no one there, I spoke to an adjoining business who said they’d never heard of them. Their new address near Leeds is currently registered to a transport company not Kahove so another scam.
Anyway I’ve had it confirmed by Instagram that they’ve changed their name 3 times in the last 3 months. Their followers are clearly fake as are the good reviews and comments. As for the comments on Instagram when you look at a post it shows as having a large number of comments but when you click on the post there are much less which would explain that they’re deleting loads of negative comments warning potential customers from being scammed. I commented 3 times and each time they deleted it within minutes. I’ve got loads of DMs from other people in the same situation having ordered months ago and nothing turns up.
I’ve reported them to all social media platforms and I’m in contact with UK Trading Standards and fraud departments, so watch this space as I’m not giving up.
I have to say they are the worse company I have ever had to deal with ever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KAHOVE!!
