"3 new silkie showgirls "

Everything has been great with Chickens to your door.
The staff communicated by email everything you needed to know and kept you updated and reminded of your pick up date and address leading up to collection. Plus gave lots of tips and advice for collecting and onwards.

I asked for 3 different colour silkie showgirls and that’s exactly what I got.

Pick up went nice and smoothly and the lady at Apuldram Roses, Chichester was very friendly and chatty. You also receive a little pack to get you started.

The girls arrived home safely and I left them to relax with food and water.
All were well and a week later I added them to my other 3 silkies. Lots of pecking and worrying but now all is well and all 6 are happy. No eggs yet though- I’ve had them about 5 weeks so hoping they’ll start any day.

Chickens to your door also checked in to make sure all was well and offered a telephone number incase you need any help or have any questions.

All 3 are well and beautiful birds.

I would definitely recommend.

From the moment I ordered the chickens, through the delivery/collection point, and the ongoing aftercare, the team have been amazing. From the very beginning they kept me informed of each step, ensuring that I knew what to provide in the coup and run prior to the girls arriving to ensure it was a smooth process. Tips and hints that I had never considered before, have worked out marvellously. They gave details of what to expect, allaying any worries including pecking order for new owners. I have never experienced such kindness, dedication and care when getting chickens before and I have been keeping hens for 15 years. I had a couple of questions regarding settling them in and they were prompt with their replies on email, putting my mind at rest with assurances that all was well. They should have called themselves the chicken whisperers.

The whole process from ordering online, communications and collection was first class - we have 3 lovely little Wyandotte Bantams, you can see they are so healthy and have been really well cared for.
This has got to be the way to buy hens in the future - so much easier for buyers and breeders. I would certainly do this again and would recommend it to anyone else without hesitation

This is the third time I have used Chickenstoyourdoor and each time I have been very impressed with both the chicken and customer care. The little 'care packages' that come with the birds are lovely and the one time I had to be late picking them up due to work they were really helpful and reassuring. The chickens I have had each time have been healthy and happy and have integrated well with my existing hens after a time of separation for quarantine etc.

They patiently spent well over an hour on the phone to me advising on both the different varieties and on the basics of chicken keeping before I had even taken the decision to definitely keep them and to place an order. As a first time chicken keeper, they could not have been more supportive with advice throughout the whole process and I now have a beautiful and extremely friendly group of chickens that delight everyone who meets them.
