I don't often leave reviews but I had to take the time given how happy I am with my service! I would like to acknowledge the honesty and integrity of this company first of all, they contacted me to let me know the delivery had been overcharged and refunded me for part of the delivery. I wasn't aware I had been overcharged and really appreciated the honesty! Also, these guys delivered my hens all the way to Cardiff for me and the hens were still in such a good way after which put every faith in me that they were well looked after up until their arrival. My girls really are beautiful and i’m now gutted I didn't order a few more after seeing these hens. I ordered a white leghorn, light sussex and rhode rock, again all arrived in amazing condition. I was kept up to date with the delivery date, and an approx time which was massively helpful. The delivery driver was ever so lovely and helpful by putting the hens in a box for me so I could transport them to their run although he did also offer to put them straight in the run for me too if i needed it! Iv had them almost a week now and they’re getting more used to their new home everyday! I will definitely be ordering again if CTYD wouldn’t mind another Cardiff delivery!
