First Venetian blind that arrived fitted beautifully, but the tilt mechanism did not work. It transpired a connecting rod in the unit was missing! Complete new replacement blind was made and sent arriving within a few days of problem being reported. New blind is working fine. Good customer service shame about the first blind being faulty.

Very easy ordering experience - you are carefully taken through the essential steps. It is important to measure very carefully and blinds4uk give very clear instructions. The order arrived in very sturdy packaging - everything was fine except a tilt wand had broken in transit. A quick telephone call to blinds4uk and uploading a photo of the broken wand, resulted in a new wand being quickly sent out.

I am so pleased with my blind (Alton Peony). I ordered it to fit the recess of my downstairs cloakroom window. When it came, firstly I was delighted with the colour and pattern, a brilliant match after looking at my chosen samples. Secondly, the blind fitted perfectly and my husband was very happy that he did not have to alter it in any way (as he has done before with a different company). It was very easy to put up and I give this blind top marks.
