Blind was as described, came on the delivery date stated and was of good quality. Called for a technical question and was refered to website video - which mostly answered my issue

"Very good quality product, but"

Very good quality product at a good price and delivered in a timely manner. Only criticism would be that when ordering on-line and specifying recess measurements, it only becomes apparent that a deduction of 10mm is made from the drop if you click on a separate tab labelled "product information". This resulted in my blind being short and hanging 10mm above the window sill. Despite explaining all of this to customer services and asking for a replacement to be supplied at cost, my request was apparently rejected by the owner. Disappointing that having ordered 6/7 blinds over previous years, a good will gesture was not made. I would suggest adding 10mm to the drop rather than deducting it would be more appropriate, and would avoid this situation re-occurring in the future. Would have given 5 stars were it not for the above.
