I only chatted with CHLARISSE and she answered all my questions for about an hour. I am happy with the customer service compared to other insurance providers. However, The comprehensive plans are very expensive and the fixed ones have lot of conditions that are not covered, for example, UTI or other bacterial infections etc are not covered and comes are pre-ex etc. So when you purchase, you need to read the fine print.

I got an insurance for 5 months for my parents and they had to leave for health reasons after 3 months. I asked for a refund for the last two months and the company refused to refund the part that was not used. Do not buy long term insurance if the travel plans may change as they are getting free money for no service.
They had an urgent care visit in early February and I had to pay about $280 out of pocket and the provider refused to honor their insurance right away due to it being a travel insurance, even though they claim to be with United Healthcare and said I would be reimbursed after submission. I had United Healthcare before through my employer and never ran into such an issue. I received an email after one and a half month through a third party contractor they seem to have that they are processing that claim only for one of my parents and the other one is still not started.
On the bright side, their agents did take the time to answer my questions before I was making a purchase. The issues seem to happen after the purchase.
