100% SCAM!!! (STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY).
I booked some flights to Scotland a couple of months back. Never received my actual tickets. Tried calling numerous times - either false promises or just couldn't contact anyone. Called the actual airline "Air Transat" - they had no record of me or my family on the flight I had booked and paid for. Finally, I asked American Express (Credit compnay) to do an investigation - it came back as a "FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION" and then American Express refunded me, also with me having to change my card number , etc. DO YOU NEED ANYMORE PROOF.
Feel so bad for everyone involved with these false transactions - this company should be shut down first, and all eomployees should be totally ashamed of themsleves.
For those caught up in this mess - take the advice of another review below and contact the Better Business Bureau. It's important that we collectively shut these Scammers down.

20 PLUS MINUTES HOLDING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ''Your credit card number is not valid''. 2 days attempting to straighten this out. Promised callbacks and emails not happening. No booking confirmation, but the charge showed up on my Visa statement. Impressive for an invalid number.

To others who have been wronged by this company:
I urge you to file an official report through the Better Business Bureau. It was the only way I got them to respond to me and will help law enforcement prosecute their unethical and fraudulent behavior.
They will continue to con new people if we don’t officially share our issues where it counts.
Go to the BBB.org website and search them. They are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. 89119

absolutely disgusting, stole money from me, I booked a flight, they emailed the next day to cancel it (in January) still no refund, everytime I phone they say it is processing DO NOT USE

0 stars if I could give them one. Flight cancelled end of March and was told I’d get a refund, had a guy help me over the phone a few times but all he cared about was the bad review I left and not about getting my money to me. It’s now May and I should have gotten my refund 2 months ago. Terrible company.

This is my second attempt to get a $1260.00 refund from this company, Please contact me ASAP. I have many e mails stating that this money will be returned or has already, all False info, I have never received my money, and after I gave you My Banking info..shame on you ! I expect to hear from you, in one last attempt before reporting you to the authorities...Please respond !!

Booked a flight on 3/25/2020 for 4/28/2020 for $98. notified of cancellation on 4/24 and told I would receive a credit. tried on 4/28 to re-book for 5/12 and was told the flight (on their website for $100) would cost $180(told on 4/27 it would cost $150). They then hung up on me 3 times. American Airlines had no record of my reservation or my credit. no refund to date.
