"I booked a flight back in April"
I booked a flight back in April. My card was declined. So I went though a different travel agency. The next after I had purchased new tickets. They took the money off my card the next day. They said we were getting a refund for 580.00. We have not received our refund. I have many calls. I have even lifted multiple messages. Now yesterday I call and got hung up on twice. Its April 28th. I dont know whats going on. Nor how I gonna get my refund. Does anyone know who I can call what I can do. I dont think this is right. Please help thank you.

I really like the swiftness with which the e-tickets are mailed to you as soon as you complete your bookings. Kudos to MyFlightSearch. I will most certainly use MyFlightSearch again and recommend their services to others.

"Scam Alert!!"
Scam Alert!!! These people charged me for the flight, gave me all the info and right after they charged my card they cancelled the flight. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund. Now I try to call and all I get is put on hold and they NEVER answer. They tell you to leave a call back number after you have been on hold for 10 minutes, but they NEVER call you back!!!

DO NOT USE... DO NOT USE...The pandemic caused my flight to be canceled. Spirit airline refunded our money to myflightsearch. But myflightsearch will not give that money back to us. They only offer a voucher. Also, they are very rude on the phone when handling the situation and have hung up on us 3 times after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Their exact words were "i don't want to give you your money back" and then they hang up. Do not ever use this site to buy ANYTHING.

"This company is horrible"
This company is horrible! I bought a ticket from them. After I paid for the ticket my card was charged 3 more times in $1000 increments. My bank blocked it luckily. Once I saw the charges I requested a refund. Since around March 7th until now (April 21) I have been fighting with this company to get this refund. I got a screen shot of a “refund application” but nothing has been refunded. I am working with my bank to file a fraud claim.

My mother, who is elderly, bought a ticket with them a month ago. She called the airline today to check if everything was set for her flight in May and the airlines told her that it had been cancelled through the travel agency. I called myflightsearch customer service was greeted by the biggest IDIO*S of all time. The ticket cost almost 2 grand. when i asked for a refund they put me on hold, then they said, it was non refundable, then they said i can get future credit. Then after telling me it was non refundable they said they can refund it as long as i pay a 200 dollar cancellation fee. I asked for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one. ALL THE BAD WORDS AND BAD ACTIONS I CAN THINK OF DO NOT COVER WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO TO THESE PEOPLE.

This company is a rip off. you buy a refundable ticket then you can only get a credit to use for the same passenger and same Airlines On future trip. Also you find on line rate and when you call Customer Service somewhere in India, then you will be put on hold to answer another call and wait for a long time until you get frustrated and you hang up the phone. The bottom line you lost your money

"THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM"
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I booked a flight with them on Feb. 12 for April 12. I showed up for my 9am flight and THEY NEVER BOOKED MY TICKET. Not only that, the Airline told me the flight number they gave me with my booking information DIDN'T EXIST! This was for a work trip and I lost my job over it. They claimed they tried to get in touch with me but I never recieved a call or email. I'm pressing charges. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
