"WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!"

This company will not do anything for my 91 year old mother that had a flight booked for March 18th and on March 13th was put on a travel ban by her doctor due to a heart condition and the corona virus situation. We left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails which they never responded to. Now they are trying to tell me that she missed her flight and there’s NOTHING they can do. No voucher, nothing. Then the rude lady hung up on me mid sentence. Rudest company ever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE TICKET! So now they have my mother’s $400.00 and she is on a very fixed income!!!

This company scams people out of their money left and right. I booked a flight in Jan 2019. The flight was cancelled immediately after I realized it was to the wrong destinations (both arriving and departing). When I received the my cc bill, I was charged 10 times the amount of the original cost. For 3 months, we (myself and my flight search business) went back and forth about trying to get my refund. Then one day, they said they could no longer help me. They have horrific customer service and no accountability!
So I asked myself... that’s it? What was I suppose to do now?
So, I took matters in my own hands and contacted the Attorney Generals office in NV and the BBB. The BBB was awesome and it looks like I’m finally going to get my refund after nearly 5 months of BS..... Hallelujah!!!’
So, if you too were scammed, please open a complaint with the BBB. It’s easy and quick.... and they will help you. This is your best option for getting a refund!!!!

Update: Just got my check in the mail for a full refund that was owed to me. Thank you BBB!!!

Victor contacted me regarding my flights that we were unable to take right now during this crisis. Victor was very helpful in making sure I was given vouchers for future travel. Victor was very professional and he reassured me that the they will honor the vouchers. My experience was delightful

I booked my flight for my niece she have to come from Vancouver to Montreal we booked ticket on march 16 for march 24 on 10 am airtransat but wht happened when she get to the airport her ticket was canceled by airline then she trying to talk to lady in airport on ticket counter she said her ticket canceled I don't know more then that she call me uncle my ticket got canceled I trying to call myflightsearch they put me hold for 30 to 40 mint finely I talk to she said we don't know how can ur ticket got canceled she booked my new ticket I pay 55 us dollar difference she I gona send u ticket in 1 hrs since 11 am to waiting for ticket I didn't get yet still waiting for mail trying to call first I have wait for pick call whenever they pick put on hold nd after 20 / 25 mint hang up very poor service plzzz I suggest don't buy tickets for MYFLIGHTSEARCH coustmer service really bad

Received a call back from Victor , he explained the delay in responding back to our request to cancel our flight was due to COVID-19. He was very helpful and did get both flights cancelled and given a credit to book future flights.

Terrible company with worse customer service. Take your money and will not return calls or assist in any way. When I had to cancel my flight due to the COVID-19 emergency it took DAYS to even get through to them to be told too bad, nothing we can do. You missed your flight. I had tried everything for days before the flight to get through. Steer clear of this company, go directly to airline for booking!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

Booked a ticked from Vegas to Vancouver and cancelled on the same day- got the email that my ticket is cancelled and I'd be fully refunded. I was charged $1210.06 the next day.I have been calling them for 3weeks nonstop- more than half of the time they dont even pick up the phone. I have left 5 messages so far.
Finally someone picked up last week and the agent told me I will be fully refunded by the end of today. But I still have not received any refund from them.

This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I will be pursuing legal action against them.

UPDATE: I asked my bank to dispute the credit and showed evidence that this company is a fraud by sending them the e-ticket and the fake refund receipt they sent me and the bank did refund me! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, just cal your bank to get your money back and I think the bank will follow up on it legally on their own.

I booked a flight with these people, which cost me £2,000.00, they then sent out an email asking for a photo copy of my driving license and a full colour photocopy of both sides of my debit card to validate the payment and stated that the tickets would not be provided until I provided this information. I refused and asked them not to proceed with the transaction as I did not wish to provide this information. I checked with my bank and they advised that I should not send out full colour copies of my debit card. Myflightsearch.com still proceeded to take the money from my bank 8 hours later. But did not provide my flight tickets. Dealing with them has cost me Money. Do not deal with them as they cannot be trusted.

Update:
Some weeks later, after numerous unanswered phone calls and emails to both myflightsearch.com and to the ARC Airline Reporting Center, I received a response to an email. Myflightsearch.com agreed to refund my money which they did, £120.00 less than I had paid but given the effort I had put in to trying to get the refund I was happy to get anything.
