I NEED MY MONEY......Still awaiting refund promised to be reflected in my account. I have seen where an email came in about my flight being cancelled and that my money will be reflected however I have not seen such money.

We are stuck in Mazatlan during the Corona virus pandemic and all I want is for someone from this company to answer one of the four emails we have sent to cancel our return flight and refund our money. No planes are flying so I would like my money back. What is so hard about that?

"There is a hope ..."

I was booking a flight from Canada. I accidentally clicked on the book now button and my credit card was charged in US dollars which were very expensive for me in Canadian dollars. I immediately called them to cancel the booking. They didn't pick up my call. I sent two emails to customer services. Instead of cancelling my booking, they sent me a confirmed ticket to my email. Then I didn't know what to do. I had even filed a dispute transaction with my bank. But then the next day one of their managers "Victor" called me and he resolved the entire issue in 5 minutes. He not only cancelled my booking but also refunded me the amount.

"I received flight confirmation"

I received flight confirmation, AND NOT my e-tickets, no answer on the phone or email, they wanted color copies of my driver license and credit card front and back but my name was spelled wrongly ..
I have called, they did not reply I have cancelled my credit card and contacted the fraud department of the Netherlands

"They are the worst ever"

They are the worst ever - they don’t answer calls - they will keep you on hold forever and then hang up - they don’t reply emails and if they do it’s after two or three days - people make sure you get your ticket from the right place - I bought a ticket from them it took them five days to send me my ticket (after my non stop calls and emails ) then even now as am writing this review am calling them to see if there is a change in my flight to Seattle or if I can reschedule and I been on the line forever ... so annoying

"MyFlightSearch: Initially Deplorable, thought it was resolved, but it WAS NOT"

UPDATE #2: SO DISAPPOINTED: I posted the below review and fairly quickly received a phone call from "Victor" from Myflightsearch and was promised a refund to the flight, which was claimed to be no longer available for the price (but still my card had been charged) but curiously was still available on Expedia but had been given ZERO assurance of a refund when they told me the flight was no longer available for the initial price. If they tell you your flight is no longer available how long do you have to wait before your initial booking is refunded??? I was given a guaranteed phone call back (AND action) to remediate my situation after all of this mess and 1) the initial MasterCard transaction that I PAID for the flight that I was "no longer eligible for" has still not been refunded to my credit card and 2) the remediation that was offered has still not been confirmed
I was so grateful for the phone call but nothing has happened since, and I was assured it would be "a few" days. It has now been 2 weeks and I am not going to relax until this company addresses their business practices.
Victor please call me back and give me tracking numbers because this is not right. I understand you are busy but you gave me your word, and nothing has happened.


I booked a flight in good faith with MyFlightSearch, from Toronto to Vancouver & received a booking confirmation pretty much immediately, also advising that a ticket would not be provided pending credit card verification. Funds were taken from my card IMMEDIATELY, so I was expecting my e-ticket, and after 3 days waiting, I called customer support and was assured all was in order and he acknowledged that there was no problem with the transaction and the ticket would be coming. 3 more days later (and less than 2 days before travel), I became nervous and tried to call but could never get though. I left a msg with my booking number and also wrote an email stating that I need this resolved immediately. I received an email later that afternoon stating that the fare was no longer available so I'm out of luck. OF COURSE the fare was no longer available, the flight was in 36 hours!! I then booked with a reputable company that I should have used in the first place, and ended up paying far more than I would have if I had been advised a week earlier that they had no intention of delivering their service. I then called the Better Business Bureau and was informed that this company is ineligible for BBB membership due to precisely these practices and the high number of complaints that have gone unremediated. The last thing I am now awaiting is my REFUND to be processed. We shall see how long that takes. Please do the right thing here, MyFlightSearch. I will be appreciative when I see that you have processed my refund.
UPDATE: I received a courteous phone call from a supervisor and am pleased to say I am impressed with the urgency of response I received. My overall experience now that this has been resolved to my satisfaction is improved! It was refreshing to speak with a competent person who clearly understands that customers need to be treated as essential to the business, and not to be ignored

"Read Then Help PLEASE"

I am beyond disappointed and angry with the service I am not receiving after paying you. I am a 19 year old college student just trying to make it home safe due to the Corona virus outbreak. This is the most angry I have been in my life. I canceled other traveling options in favor of this, and now I sit near broke stuck in Montana. I can't believe there are people in the world who care so little for the problem at hand and are screwing people over everyday. Can not recommend this service at all. Would love for the company to tighten up there works and contact me, which I so desperately need quickly.

"Received booking receipt- but no e-…"

Received booking receipt- but no e- tickets. Payment pending from my account . Not happy and will be pursuing further action.- update:e-tickets issued- matter resolved. 2nd update 3/15: customer service did return our call and explained our time delay was due to coronavirus concerns( which we truly had not even considered). Agent assured us that our flight reservations would not be cancelled and that we were good to go as well as apologized for the delay and any inconvenience this had caused us. Follow up was much appreciated and we look to have no further issues- Thank you, Dean and Julie Wilson

"Worst company ever"

Worst company ever. I booked my flight and a couple days later got an email stating I cancelled the flight. Took me 6 times to get a hold of them. When I finally did they tried to say money wasn't taken out of my account. I called bank 3 times to verify it was taken out. I finally got my tickets but only because I threatened. I then had to change my flight due to this virus and when I called they told me someone would call me back today. Guess what?!! No call. I called Delta directly, who were great . Got my flight changed and best customer service ever. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!
