"I bought a ticket payed with my card…"

I bought a ticket payed with my card for 254.00 the next day 2254.00 also was taken out of my account. Call and they are telling me it's a glitch and they will mail me a check back in 7 to 10 days that does not work for me .I have had to call my bank this place is a waist of time .very unhappy with the way the conduct business. Thie flights was Sunday and they took the 250.00 .Monday the 2250.00 charges are there.

Company posted a price for a flight. We booked the flight and provided Payment. After five hours had heard nothing from the company and take it had not been emailed to us. Call the company and they said 30 minutes more and they would email us the ticket. One hour later still no contact from them called them back waited on whole 13 minutes to be told the price of the ticket had raised $80 and it wasn’t their fault it was the airlines fault and if we wanted to keep the ticket we would have to pay the additional price. Beware of this company.

In my opinion, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a ticket company. I had a fraud alert by my credit card company for an airline ticket that I purchased for $236.79 and was charged $2,236.79. I was directed to a phone number to MyFlightSearch.com. I was met with Winston, from India, who later pretended to be a supervisor named Daniel. The long and short of it. He lied multiple times within our conversation, tried to overcharge me several times. I ended up canceling my credit card to get away from the charges. Run as fast as you can from this company and don't look back!

Do not use this company! Received confirmation email and they charged my credit card but, when I got to airport I had no flight. When I contacted them they said it was something to do with no confirmation of return flight but never contacted me to say anything. All they would do us supposedly refund my money in 3 days but we will see, now stuck at airport trying to get another flight!🤬

I booked with this company and they told me my flights were full so they booked another flight and canceled the first flight. I was charged double for "Agent Fee" and I am still waiting for a credit back to my credit card from February 5th. I called them back to visit and get this resolved and now I get a voice mail message that they will call back. I would NEVER use this company and of course I didn't look at reviews before I booked. This company I feel is a SCAM and I can only hope I do get a credit for the canceled flight of $823.60. Time will tell and this has been reported to the fraud department. BEWARE of 3rd party booking companies. Use the App on your phone if you want to book direct with airlines. No need to use a 3rd party.

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY part 1 and 2"

I booked tickets from this company for my sister to whom I’ve not seen in 21 yrs they did book ticket then canceled it as I wouldn’t send them a copy of my driver license and copy of front and back of credit card they told me I would be refunded in 21 days then 7 days now when I call them they hang up on me I have stayed calm and polite but no more they cost me $760 now I can 4 weeks to save that up again I would advice NEVER use thus company I just called them they said I will have a check in 5-7 days we will see...... ok today is 21st feb was told on 18th that my so called check had already been mailed out and would have it by today we’ll nope still not here so I called them again and was told that my check had NOT yet been mailed out and would have it 10 days well this calm women is no longer calm so news / business Burro / lawyer and bank is being called today for fraud not dealing with this bull no more

DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS FROM MyFlightSearch.com or you'll be very sorry.

They send you real flight information, take real money out of your credit card account, and then let the booking lapse with Airline - but not telling me until it's too late to secure tickets at a reasonable price. My flight was supposed to be tomorrow and now no flight. Family is sad. I'm a mad. But I'm smarter now.

If you call them, they tell you to wait 16 hours. You call back and they block your number. I want to save at least one person through this review.

UPDATE: they credited my money. But I missed out on my trip. I can’t get that back.

I came to him with a problem of my e-tickets and he was able to procure my tickets send me my email there's no problems at all it was extremely nice and an extremely secure fulfills very nice that it's really something else Martin cruze was the one who helped me I have been calling in multiple times and nobody was able to help me this person should be recommended for a raise thank you so much for everything.

I called this company to try to reserve a seat for a codeshare air ticket with Asiana Airlines. The agent was not able to provide the service. 10 days later they charged my credit card of $430 and emailed me that I was going to be refunded within a month. The refund happened eventually, but it required few iterations. In my opinion the company should not charge me when it is evident that they cannot book the tickets.
