Beware!!!
They issued my eticket but placed me on the cheapest ticket. That Is not flexible.I did not pay for premium economy which was cheaper but I paid for regular economy that was flexible that I could change if need be. I just compared the booking confirmation email of Jan 16 2020 to the email of Feb 10 2020 The route was through Washington Dulles but now they put us on the cheapest airline. EUROWINGS which is a discount airline which is now flying from Dusseldorf and telling me I have to pay to get seats if not I wait till 24hours before departure. But the manager that called me on Feb 10 2020 told me he called the airline but could not get in touch with them that come Feb 11 2020, he will get us our seats and call me to notify me on it and email me also but I never got a call until i called at 10.05pm and spoke with an agent that is telling me i have to pay more money!!I am going with my family and dont wish to be spread around the plane If you get my drift. I asked the manager why were the arrival times changed he said something I truly didnt understand but since the time was not so early I was ok by it and I thought they where the same places for stop over since they both started with D.
The airlines are telling me only flightseaech can correct this and I spoke with an agent and he telling me I am incorrect whereas I spoke directly to the airlines. So who is telling a lie here???
I have never had issues with online purchases before.. this is my first and I pray they live up to their motto.

The are horrible. You are better off going through the airlines directly. No one speaks very good English. They lie about your e-ticket being mailed in 24hrs. Please consumers stay away. Save yourself the time and disappointment.

I wished for a zero star option. This company is unethical. Any travel Agency certifications should be rescinded immediately. Consumers...please share your experiences about this company on all platforms. I purchased my non-refundable ticket late September 2019 to travel to South America in Mid November 2019. I guess I got lucky based on other reviewers' experiences ...when I did not receive the promsed e-ticket within 24 hours, I contacted the airline directly & gave the Flight Search booking reference number, somehow, miraculously, after placing me on a brief hold, the airline Agent returned with news of a reservation# and requested my contact information for their system, shortly thereafter, I received my Eticket. Unfortunately on October 25th, I kept a previously scheduled Dr. appointment...only to be told I needed to have surgery ASAP. It took me a few days to recover and come up with a plan ...I still wanted to travel before surgery. I contacted flight search to make them aware of my dilemma &:to figure out options and time frame to make this situation workable for all parties. The representative advised that I needed to notify Flight search, in writing, and also furnish proof of my emergency medical situation. On 10/29/19, I provided medical information which showed date of scheduled surgery 12/13/2019 along with written notification & request for an adjustment and or credit (due to the medical emergency)toward a later travel date, after my recovery, or a refund. I soon realized that travel prior to surgery would not be possible due to non availability of appointments until after mid November. I needed to have all pre operation clearances (three clearances)done and results ready by first week of December. I had to wear a heart monitor for two weeks, the monitor had to be mailed out of state for the results.I was 69 years and 10 months old. I did receive flight search acknowledgement email , actually verbatim..word for word to what other reviewers mentioned. I waited for a call or further communication but nothing happened. So, began my odyssey of countless calls and emails to Flight search resulting in similar responses as other reviewers. Excessive hold times longer than 15 minutes, unanswered calls, hang up calls, so I found every single listed number and called and was told so many ridiculous things, one person suggested I call back in 10 hours and I did, another suggested calling back in 5 hours and I did. Always the same run around and of course blaming the airline for not making a decision or in my case, the airline "did not grant a waiver," so I could not receive any refund nor consideration for a later travel date. As a point of information, even though I advised Flight search that I could no longer travel, they had a two week window to do what reputable travel agents would have done...try to work with the customer.... especially given the circumstances. To my surprise, on the scheduled travel date 11/16/19 I received several emails from the Airline one hour before midnight departure advising of a 2 hour departure delay and later new gate notification and then more emails urging me to check in. Despite all my emails and telephone calls and assurances about communicating with the airline, the reservation was not cancelled. Flight search did not even cancel the reservation. I emailed flight search on 11/17 /19 asking why was this happing and I forwarded prior emails regarding cancellation due to medical emergency. At this point, I turned to my credit card company and disputed the charge. At first, the card company reversed the charge and Flight search responded with their non refundable policy. So, the credit card company does not get involved in company policy disputes. The $613.13 payment was returned to Flight Search on 1/20/2020. I now owe the credit card company by February 18, 2020. I am now 70 years old on social security $613.13 is like the Five million plus Flight search reportedly earns/scams annually

I am very worried as I booked a ticket today and something has come up and will no longer be able to go on vacation. I have tried calling multiple times to cancel my booking and have not been able to get through to anyone although they say that they're 24 hours service. HELP!! How do I get a refund??

"Thank God I got connected to Victor"
Thank God I got connected to Victor. My reservation I had previously made was totally messed up, I was overcharged $3000 that was supposed to be refunded. I also had not received my ticket after 20 hours. I was connected to Victor who was able to cancel the ticket and rebooked me on a different flight for $300 cheaper! Very much appreciated and Victor was excellent! Thanks Victor!

"This is absolute trash"
This is absolute trash. I booked a ticket and a confirmation number right away. I had to contact them several times trying to get my e-ticket and I finally got it. So I drove 3 hours to the airport only to be told that frontier airlines never had any reservations in my name. So now I'm out the 392.20 and the job opportunity I had is gone. This company literally has ruined my life. They took the only money I had in this world to try and better the lives of my 5 kids and stole it from me.

I had written a very bad review out of frustration but I need to change all that. The company's customer service came through for me, and I just received my e-ticket in my e-mail. Thank you for sorting out this nightmare for me.

"Avoid this website"
I booked a flight change for my mom as we had a death in the family when we got to the airport the airlines said they never received any updated flight details. We called the customer service only to get the run around. They told us they would forward the money to the airline for a new ticket, this was in December. This wasn't done in time so we had to purchase a totally new ticket for my mom to make it home in time for the funeral service of my brother. I called to have the money refunded to the credit card and was told 15 days. 15 days passed and still no return I called again today and was told it wouldnt be there until March an additional 2 months - for a ticket purchased in December. REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I will be reporting this to better business bureau because this is utter nonsense.

"I feel so ripped off by this company"
I feel so ripped off by this company. Alaska Airlines does not have my booking. They did not receive a payment for my flight because "My Flight Search" didnt send it.They charged my card and kept the money. I have called their customer service number which goes to a recording to leave your name for a call back. Do not use this Company if you expect to fly anywhere! I should have checked these reviews first...lesson learned

"GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH VICTOR"
I booked a flight and few days later I received an email that said that my flight was canceled, but my credit card was charged anyway. I sent an email to get a refund. I was reached by Victor, one of their representative, he was very nice, he explained me the problem, and he assured me that I would immediately get my money back. And in a couple of day I received a total refund. Thanks Victor!
