My flight information had been incorrect and I couldn’t get help from anyone. The workers were rude and unprofessional. After several days of calls I received a call from Victor who corrected my flight and got me to my destination as planned. If you don’t get Victor I feel sorry for you !!!!!!

Purchased a airline ticket from My Flight when went to airport, no ticket was issued from M/F to airline, had to purchase new ticket at airport. Contacted My Flight and they reimbursed me for the full price of the ticket that I had to buy at airport.

Booked/paid for roundtrip tix on Spirit to Vegas. Never got my eticket. Called customer service and they said I’d have it emailed in 2 hrs. Never came. Called Spirit. There is no reservation for me despite my booking confirmation. So the customer service person outright lied 48 hrs before the flight. I want a refund. These company responses are pathetic. It isn’t the customers responsibility to correct fraudulent charges - myflightsearch doesn’t need “a good phone number” to issue a refund. It doesn’t take 2-3 billing cycles to refund charges.

I bought a ticket to Florida from Syracuse on a Frontier flight for my brother for March 9, 2020. My credit card was charged on November 30 and I received a booking confirmation saying the ticket would be issued within 5 minutes BUT it could take up to 24 hours as well. I called several times to report that the ticket had not been emailed. At first it would be sent within 4 hours and then 24 hours and then.....I looked at the other complaints from others who had the same experience and worse. Their cards had been charges exorbitant amounts....very different from what was advertised. I have a confirmation now from Frontier saying that this reservation did not go through as of the day my card was charged. Chase Fraud is on it and called MYFLIGHTSEARCH. I got a promise that they would cancel my reservation....the same that Frontier says I don't have anyway. I intend to file complaints with BBB and any other federal agency I can. I will follow up with you........and let you know who to contact. obviously this is not a one time error. And for MYFLIGHTSEARCH.....all I want is my money back for the reservation I don't have anyway

I bought a ticket a month still have not received my ticket and keep being told it will be emailed to me. I leave in two days and no one can give me a solid answer. WORST SITE EVER.

I had booked my flight back home for the holidays a few months in advance. I received a confirmation number and a receipt. The day I showed up for my flight, the front desk for Frontier informed me that the reservation was never made for my flight. I immediately called MyFlight and they offered me a full refund in three to five business days. I spent an additional (on top of the lost $300) $300 in order to make it back home for the holidays. It is now 12 days later and I have yet to receive my refund for the initial $300. I called MyFlight and they informed me that it would actually take two full billing cycles (which is 8 weeks) to fulfill their side of this discrepancy. I immediately asked to speak to a manager. This is when the phone operator pleaded with me to just work with him and when I refused, he hung up on me. Lesson learned. Will not be purchasing tickets via this third party ever again and advise likewise.
