Ik heb een hosting pakket op 16 februari besteld om een transfer te doen voor een van mijn websites van een oude hosting. Na meer dan 10 emails te sturen en 3 keer belen, en alle informatie door te geven voor de transfer, is het nog steeds niet gelukt om de transfer te doen. Heel vervelend en een hele slechte service.

UPDATE 12-6-2023 op jullie antwoord: Ik ben nog klant en het is nog steeds niet opgelost! Ik heb alle gegevens meerdere keren verstuurd dus ik snap de zin "Helaas hebben wij de nodige informatie langs klantzijde niet ontvangen".niet.

I wanted to transfer multiple domains to this company as my previous registrar increased the prices by almost 400%. Combell is even worse.

They advertise a price of 2,99 EUR per year for registrations/transfers AND renewals, but when you get to the checkout page, it becomes clear that you'll pay 9,99 EUR for the registration of most domains. And that renewals will cost 42,99 EUR per year. This is only visible with a light-colored font.

Prijsverhogingen wordt doorgevoerd zonder een duidelijke onderbouwing, dit is nochtans een verplichting. Een contract stopzetten omwille van een plotse, éénzijdige contractwijziging wordt ook niet aanvaard. Klantendienst reageert heel traag, soms pas na weken een antwoord waarbij er blijkbaar niet getracht wordt om tot een oplossing te komen... voor een dergelijk groot bedrijf met voldoende mogelijkheden een heel povere service
