"Disappointing to the maximum"
We moved our Worpdpress website and mail hosting to Combell because we were very unhappy with our previous hoster. The migration took a long time, then logo's and buttons on our website (simple custom CSS) were on different locations and in different sizes than before on the test website so we indicated this. The responses took a long time and they didn't solve these issues. They say they will provide the perfect "Butler move service" but in the end they just copy-paste the website and if there are any problems you are expected to solve it yourself.
They say they don't have web developers to solve these issues. We have bought their Managed Wordpress package (the most expensive one), in which they are supposed to do updates of the website and check that stuff like this layout stays the same. We have just been with Combell for 3 weeks, our website isn't even live yet, and I already have no confidence anymore. What are we paying for? Just for them to press the update button on Wordpress and other than that don't care?

Now adjusted to 1 star (previously 2 star). Customer support stopped responding to my questions on progress with our site. We haven't completed migration and the website is still not correct.

Absolutely astonishingly worst experience ever with a hoster. Support takes 2 weeks to respond to new tickets, spam filter cannot be checked by yourself (as with any other hoster you can see if there are e-mails being held up), emails are incredibly slow to arrive and Combell states 10 min delay is absolutely normal and nothing strange.
The self-called number 1 hoster of Belgium is absolutely the worst hoster in the Benelux.

Kwestie van even zomaar uit het niets de shop te sluiten en alle toegang te blokkeren...
Ondertussen zitten we als bedrijf al ruim 2 uur locked out van onze shop, en kunnen we geen enkel order verwerken.
En o wee om contact op te nemen en om het probleem opgelost te krijgen... Van het kastje naar de muur.
Even factuur opmaken van x-uur aan x-personen in dienst die hun werk niet kunnen uitvoeren? Maar nee, daar zitten ze bij Combell niet mee verveeld!
