Communication and customer care were excellent, the staff encountered were friendly and helpful. There was a card missing from one of the card sets, so not as described.

I have just come across this auction house and they are like a breath of fresh air in the auction world.
Firstly their commission rates are sensible - there has been an ever increasing upward spiral of costs associated with buying and selling at auctions, making it prohibitive to deal with some/most auction houses.
Secondly they are customer friendly. Their website is easy to use and friendly - there is no strong language about payment or - an even bigger. fly-in-the-ointment - delivery.
You just feel these people appreciate that we are their livelihood and therefore we should be treated with respect and courtesy - not always the case with many other auction houses.
