Lovely auction room, very pleasant helpful staff. The only slight downside was that a few more porters would have been good on collection day. Excellent fee strucure.

I very much like the feature on Easylive where you can bid against people before the actual auction starts. It then means the auction on the day runs much quicker. The payment office at RWB is very efficient. I have dealt with a lot of auction houses where their payment area is just a slot in the wall, or in one instance, someone sat on a sofa with a laptop! The buyers premium is very keen with possibly the lowest premium around which is great.

What a great way to start off a new auction house by immediately ticking all the boxes in what you want from the perspective of a buyer. I'm already looking forward to the next auctions.
