my first auction at RWB I purchased a couple of lots which were delivered with no problems. The package, being coins were important but no problems.
Also the cost for selling is a lot smaller than most sites so I am likely to travel from West Yorkshire to sell a fairly large collection I will not be leaving to my grandson whole prefers gold rather than silver.

The Auction I purchased my item was on the 25th January, when I received the invoice I requested one that would include postage costs. It took a further 3 days for them to amend. I paid the invoice on the 29th of January. I still haven't received my item having spoken to the receptionist and getting no satisfaction I then spoke to the Auctioneer , who assured me theat he would get the Head porter to phone me that afternoon, having waited 5 hours with out response I contacted them again and requested to speak to the packaging dep. I was assured my item would be packaged there and then and an Email with tracking sent .No such undertaking took place, and I still 2 weeks from the date of the sale await delivery.
