They did an overall good job. I had used a different debt counseling firm for a previous time. They charged $100. CESI only charged $60. It was a little rocky start. I didn't know some of my bills weren't being paid enough, so I got hit with a few LATE payment marks on my credit report (8 total), which lowered my score. That upset me because they are STILL on my report. But after that everything was smooth sailing. It was easy to update my total balances. And I paid it all off in the month I was supposed to.
