Louisa was very kind and helpful and answered all my queries. I’m now in a position to be able to confidently sort out the my lease car to enable me to move to Northern Cyprus.

Overall experience was great & most recent customer service from Louisa B was very efficient, professional & extremely helpful, thank you Louisa!

I must add that previous instances when I've called, I've been met by harsh, abrupt individuals who seemed to not care about telephone manners. I was also surprised the longest extension to a lease is 3 months and a futher 3 months with a car on order.

Other finance companies allow a further year and have more flexible solutions which is why my next car that I've ordered is not financed through ALD.

Great customer service provided today by Miz A when I rang up to reluctantly arrange a date for the return of my vehicle. Very pleased to be told I could extend the car hire for a further 3 months as delivery of my new car has been delayed. It's good to see ALD are being helpful in supporting their customers during these difficult times.
