"On going problem since February 2022"

On going problem since February 2022. Previous gave a 5 star review, that it is finally over. Could not be so wrong. It's now July. Back to square one. Nothing gets done. Absolutely no progress.

Their systems show I've got a overdue account, but another system shows I'm actually in credit. Been sent numerous debt collection letters and other legal letters. Frightening when I'm actually in credit. Relentless these are.

Credit control need to get it together. Appalling.
