The after-sales assistance and support services are very Bad, though its a tech industry related company but they are living in stone age for payment recognition, they do not acknowledge complaint nor assist if any ticket raised related to services, i made payment for renewal in advance even than they de activated by website and they have not responded to my follow-ups and communications for days not to activate the site.
