We looked at the website and booked to attend the showroom. Wendy was extremely helpful and patient whilst we decided on wardrobe doors which suited us. Wendy also guided us through the process including how we measure the doors. Not pushy sales at all. We were kept updated on the progress of the doors including delivery dates.
When the doors arrive, ensure you check the doors for left and right hanging to avoid putting them on the wrong way around. The fitting was so straightforward. Patience is key. We had 4 doors to hang which took two of us (complete novices) a couple of hours to do from start to finish.
The doors look really good and excellent quality for a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the third time I've used DIY Homefit now. Website is great and easy to find things. The office staff are very helpful and thorough if you need more detail. Products are very high quality. This time I ordered some new wardrobe doors which I am very happy with, and saved on buying completed new wardrobes. I have also ordered a complete new kitchen in the past.

Ordering online was easy and this was supported by the sales staff. I spoke with them to clarify details and they gave very useful advice. It was clear that they know the products. The factory had a delay but I was notified that my order might be delayed as soon as they knew about it. In the end the delay was negligible.

Natalia was able to provide me with helpful and
knowledgeable information regarding the panelling I wanted to order when I spoke to her on their number provided. Unfortunately the different specs were not provided on the website so I had to call in order to clarify what I needed - the only reason I give 4 instead of 5. Otherwise very good service and delivery after roughly 10 days. The panel sizes and shapes were pretty much identical too..nice result.

I ordered my bespoke doors for my built in wardrobes, and when they arrived they where the perfect finish to my wardrobes. There was a delay on processing the order, but they were worth the wait.

DIY Homefit made me a pair of two drawer chests for the bedroom. I was able to choose the exact match of the wood finish to go with the existing furniture, so that made the finished chests tie in perfectly. Height and size was up to me and fitted the space perfectly. Timing and price was great too. This is the second time I've used them and they do a lovely job and the service over email and phone is superb.
