Wardrobes ordered were generally very high quality.
Assembly is largely intuitive to anyone with prior experience of assembling flat-pack furniture - useful since instructions for main assembly only sent electronically (I was able to print these) but no instructions at all for accessory fitment. However, end result looks great and works well.
Before ordering, I had some questions which I posed by phone to customer service. How great to have the phone rapidly answered by friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff.
I also needed customer service after assembly since standard hinges supplied were incompatible with the sliding shoe shelves ordered, but staff quickly identified the problem and immediately shipped alternative hinges.
Screws provided were not compatible with the shoe shelf brackets (wrong heads that fouled) and one hanging rail was too short, but I was able to work around those (although I am sure Customer Service would have helped if necessary).
Overall, very happy and would not hesitate to use this company again.

The supplied shelving was very high quality to the exact bespoke measurements and easy to hang. The wood effect is realistic with a grainy look and feel. Strong shelving with an 18mm back panel made them robust.
Particularly liked the customer service - contacted straight after order placement to check order details and make any recommendations giving me confidence of correct order. Also contacted to confirm delivery date and all delivered as scheduled.
Highly recommended.
