I bought a UST projector. I was interested in a new model, not yet widely available, and in general projectors aren't always in stock in many places. I was able to get advice over the phone and via whatsapp messages. The delivery was reasonably fast from overseas via Fedex.

I bought through Ebay as the size of screen was available through that route rather than the website. The communication was excellent and even though there was a stocking issue, I was kept informed and provided with the international tracking details.
The screen arrived slightly ahead of schedule, elwhich was great considering it was over New Year and the product and packaging were perfect!
I found the assembly was best to be reviewed first and done as a combination of using the video and the two parts of instructions all together as each didn't cover all the steps.
The results though are great, my UST projector image looks so much better now, is more visible in daylight and ambient conditions, but in dark conditions, it really looks amazing! Very happy customer.

I was looking for a supplier for a UST projector and screen and found PP-AV. I was a little apprehensive at first but having checked reviews here and messaged them I was quickly responded back to by James.

I've since purchased a UST and motorised screen from them and had no issues at all.I've found Jame's to be very helpful and knowledgeable in the areas I was looking to purchase, at times looking at various shipping options and times frames. I also ordered a cabinet however following a slight error I then requested a refund. This was progressed immediately and visible back on my card and through as a clearing transaction a few days later.
Everything I purchased was via a credit card to give me additional consumer protection incase something went wrong however they have been great and I would definitely use them again. Thanks James and all the team at PP-AV.

I have a LG Cinebeam on to a painted white wall ( I used cinema high gain paint that costs 300 a tin and needed 4 tins)

This screen cost less than half the amount I spent building and painting a screen.

"Home Cinema And ALR Screen"

When choosing a home cinema setup its expensive, and you want a company that gives you a personal customer service and knowledge, not just the cheapest box shifter. PP never failed to delivered on this, customer care is first class and model for how the big companies out there should do it! Really please with my projector and the 120 ALR takes the experience to another level. ALR is a must if your upgrading. I had a Benq and standard white screen, this setup is another league now. Friends have commented on quality of the projected image at 120". I'm glad I went floor raising the weight of the screen is heavy, its not flimsy junk, if mounting on a ceiling you would need 2 men without a doubt to lift. Screen when lifted gives a sharp crisp image the tensions on the side pull the screen out and no visible ripples, absolute must to to have the tensions. My old screen had no tension ability and was not an issue on long throw, but the UST its a must! Awesome. Thanks PP!
