"Have the work done on dry days!"

The 2 men, Gareth and Jay, worked well on both days. They put down a tarpaulin to protect plants near the house and also to protect my close neighbour's property as they have small children and dogs, while the other neighbour (who I had informed) refused to answer his door even though they tried several times. The broken ridge tile was replaced as well as part of my allocation. The end result looks good and a neighbour, across the road, came over to ask the 2 men about it. We were fortunate that the dry weather held for the two days as it would have been extremely messy if there was rain water on top of the water used for the cleaning. The windows needed a window cleaner, which I don't have) to clean the dirt from the process. Overall I am pleased with the finished roof and felt it was good value for the money I paid.

I was quoted for this job based on Chris' assessment of my house from Google Street view! I was a bit nervous, but I was convinced by the experience of the team, and it meant the job got done really quickly.

As it turns out, Chris was exactly right about what could be done and how long it would take - and I was sent an expert team who pulled it off with panache!

Rrushi and Ardi did a great job on my two storey detached bungalow with lots of tricky roof spaces and neighbouring properties to be careful of. The roof had perhaps never been cleaned in 50 years, and they took about 80kg of moss off it, but you'd never know from the clean state of the property afterwards. They were considerate and courteous to my neighbours and gave them lots of confidence that they would leave their properties tidy, and that their dogs wouldn't escape.

In short, it all turned out exactly as they said, and it was a really pleasant experience!

"Roof and wall cleaning and sealing"

Rrushi and Ardi came to my 1980 property to clean algae covered brickwork and horribly mossy roof before painting the roof and applying Properla wall coating to the brickwork and render. They were always polite and helpful, explaining each day what they would do. They worked hard and efficiently for 4 days and have my house looking completely rejuvenated. They carefully replaced everything that had to be moved and generally did an outstanding job of tidying up.
They were an excellent team and a pleasure to have working here.

"Meticulously applied wall coating for an old house"

We were very impressed by the thoroughness and care with which David, followed by Ardi and Rrushi, applied a Properla coating to the walls of our house. They also cleared up very well afterwards. The house is 100 years old with no cavity walls and we expect a significant reduction in heat loss as a result of reduced water penetration. We have a lot of lime plaster so the fact that Properla has little effect on the breathability of the walls is a major plus.
