The Installation experience was good. The Installers were great. However the app hasn't been set up yet as it was explained. We are still awaiting for the App. But the good part is the team is in touch with us to get it resolved.
Truly amazing, Joseph was in touch till we had the App issue resolved. Would definitely recommend Universal Eco Homes. Thanks for the great service. 👍

After a bad start, first man who called was not professional at all - luckily second man was very good and very professional - workmen doing the job were very good,polite and cleared everything up when the job was done. Very pleased with the finished works.

"Roof clean and treatment"

The person who came to check the site was thorough and explained the procedure and preparation necessary.
The 2 people doing the actual work were thorough, and got on with the job. On the third day one of the staff was ill but the other (Gareth I think) managed to get someone else in for the day. It was clearly a nuisance to him but he dealt with it very professionally and did not complain at all.
They cleared up extremely well, which was a big relief to us, as the process was quite messy with so much moss cleared from the roof

"Cleaning and sealing my roof"

The roof was cleaned and all the debris from the roof was cleared away and then the roof was coated. The guys explained what was happening and gave my wife and I a walk round explaining everything that had been done. Would definitely recommend

Chris was very pleasent and explained everything as he went along. I feel that the installation has made a difference as the house does seem to be a little warmer.
I was impressed with Sammy in the office as she phoned to tellus that Chris had been delayed by traffic and would be late.

Roof clean and treatment. Does what it says on the tin, left spotless, including the neighbours driveway and car. Down pipes lifted and cleared. If it needs doing in the future, I know who I'll be calling!
