I was mostly happy with the experience. My writer was knowledgeable and helpful. I have just begun to apply for jobs using the new resume and I hope to be successful.

I did have some issues. For one, I feel like it was overpriced. For the amount of money paid, I feel like my updated resume should have had more changes and updates from the resume I submitted. I kind of feel like I could have done the work myself and saved the money. However, I am happy with the piece of mind that comes with knowing my resume has been worked over by a professional.

My other problem is with any additional help or advice. I believe my purchase included a 60-day interview guarantee. How does this work? What does it include? I emailed both my writer and the help desk and received no responses. I also asked about what job websites I should be using along with any additional help or advice, and I received no responses. If I could get feedback/help with these issues, that would bump up my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. I hope that someone eventually gets back to me regarding these issues.

Paid the extra money for 3 day turnaround of first draft. A week later, still nothing done by my resume writer. Would never use again. Customer service did issue a refund, but now I have wasted a week.

My experience with Zipjob was excellent, from beginning to end. Having my resume rewritten by a stranger had me a little nervous, but the process was very easy and painless. The initial questions they ask were simple, and straightforward. The writer I was paired with was very professional, and easy to work with. Pros: well written and made as many revisions before final resume was produced and scanned.
Cons: expertise in writings resumes but I had to provide information of the type of field I was in instead of having someone who knows my field. I guess they are professional writers and not someone who has Knowledge of the work.
