At times I might have been a pain because I was particular to how I wanted my resume and cover letter to come out, but she listened, gave feedback, and worked with me to give me what I paid for. I will precaution any new people to make sure you are getting what you actually want. ZipJob uses templates for resumes and CL's and if you are happy with those, then great. If you want more customization, you need to speak up, and voice your concerns.
