I have bought so many products from BUDK. Ranging from tiny pocket knives to katanas and even brass knuckles. Every one of them was worth every single penny. I love this place!

I have ordered from them in the past, I noticed a few things I liked so I went online and put in an order for them, you had my old address on the account I went in and changed it and the next day received an email stating the order was ready for shipping. I noticed it was to my old address and not the current one. So I called the customer service line listed in the email. The representative told me that after checking with her supervisor, that they could not help me, because I ordered online. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told in the minute that we were talking was suddenly not available. I asked to talk to shipping since the email I received said the order was ready to ship and that I would get another email after it was picked up by the carrier. I was told no that the order was already gone and there was NOTHING that could be done to help me. So I spent almost $400 it was shipped to the wrong address and all I get from you an oh well better luck next time.
I expected more than that!

I ordered a S&W pen/knife, the pen ink was dried up. I reached out to customer service to voice my disappointment and I was told to go to Walmart and find more ink.
I paid $20 for the pen !! I shouldn’t have to buy ink !!

Return policy is crap you have to pay to return the items back out of your pocket and it can cost to ship back as much as 2/3 of the value of the item even at the cheapest rate through usps. better you keep the items you don't like or if they are damaged.
