i just received my order. My statue was broken, and the pieces weren't even in the bag with the statue. this i the second order i was unhappy with. My last order was an auto knife that was also broken. THATS IT i will not order from you people again.

Ordered a Bugout Bag and was surprised by all the item that came within. It took about nine days total from ordering to delivery. Good price and the contents within combined with the bag were more than what I paid. The bag is a nice size and very supportive. The bag is about 18" L x 9" W x 5" H. Worth the buy.
I would recommend shopping at Budk, they have a nice selection of items to shop for.

"This package was by far the worst"
This package was by far the worst. The camera's boxes were crushed up and the plugs were rusty, the mask was dirty and the bag looked like someone played soccer with it. I wasn't at all happy with it. All the others were good. But this one was bad.

"Product Return Nightmare"
I spent a lot of $ with BudK. I planned to spend more, until they recently sent me a defective product. I contacted them to notify them of the problem. They said a return shipping label would be sent to me.
Everything seemed to be in order, until I realized it was a 14 day standard shipping label AND I had to pay $16.42 to purchase a box to return the item.
I kindly requested reimbursement for the box and they refused, claiming it was against company policy. I spoke with a manager. Same song and dance. No one was willing to do the right thing. I told her that I would never do business with them again because they refused to make this right.
So, I now wait 14 days for them to receive the defective product, then an additional 14 days to receive the replacement, while having also purchased my own box without reimbursement. Great customer service BudK! Just fantastic.
