product quality is superb but shipping cost is too high and options are limited (ie offer 3rd day select or second day air or green dot priority order warehouse pick pack ship status. more men's jewelry ie rings and bracelets and watches would be appreciated. you offer sword canes but regular men's canes or bespoke fancy men's walking sticks would be nice. more small single blade gentlemen toothpick or small bespoke folding pocket knives with Damascus blades and exotic bolster material or scales (horn antler rosewood semiprecious small gem or crystal inserts machine engine or lathe turned brass or stainless - bone ivory bubinga wood - exotic laminates or carbon fiber) well made quality pocket talisman grade knives or tools for life long pocket carry would be beneficial...

"Made in China???"

Ordered the USMC Knife & Sheath - Easy ordering, quick delivery, BUT - - Really disappointed when I noticed the Made in China info. WHY in heaven's name are we having USMC authorized equipment made by our most dangerous enemy????? I pay more just to get USA made products! We will rue the day we sent so much of our production to this foreign enemy!

"Budk sent a wrong item, refused shipping refund."

Budk substituted a cheap plastic flare launcher adaptor in place of a much more expensive one that their website explicitly states is made of aluminum. When I returned the unacceptable item, budk refused to refund shipping despite their error nor did they replace it with the correct item. I was forced to make a chargeback for the remainder via my credit card. Both their claimed warehouse quality control and supposed customer service get a fail.

Edit: I gave the order number through Trustpilot, but here it is in case that didn't make it - initially W4600249 that expanded to W46002490101 when it shipped.

I ordered a cleaver and a folding pocket knife and was very pleased with both. The cleaver was heavy-duty and good looking that will be left on the counter for looks and use. The folding knife was big and aggressive just what I wanted.

I placed my order on an in stock item. It says takes up to 48 hours for processing. I called a week later and was told it should have went out and they will get it fixed. I'm now on week two waiting on an item to ship that never went out of stock with no explanation. Not impressed..
