Absolutely shocking experience. I strongly advice against working with The Trademark Company.
I used them to register my trademark - but when it was up for renewal, I ended up being ignored. From other reviews, I understand this is something they have done repeatedly in the past.

In my case, I sent an email to multiple of their email addresses begging for help and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply.

I also tried to schedule a meeting with them which would either get ignored, or cancelled last minute without a word. Sending an email to the person I was schedule to meet didn't render a reply.

I paid them almost $1,000 USD for the renewal. I will be asking for a refund.

What I Iiked most about my experience with this company is how the agents/employees inform you of the process, make sure you properly understand what’s happening and what to expect. No hidden fees, no strings attached and they are not a scam to those who are concerned that they would be risking losing their money.

They mean what they say and I’m so impressed with their work ethic and dedication, I am officially using them for ALL my LLCs and logo designs.
