Service client au top ! Nous étions ennuyés à la réception de notre commande, car nous avions besoin d’une rallonge de cable pour finir l’installation de notre néon led personnalisé. Nous avons envoyé un mail avec notre requête, et Nishay nous a été d’une aide précieuse et d’une grande efficacité ! Nous attendons la livraison du cable d’extension, offert par yellowpop, pour pouvoir finaliser nos branchements, et avons hâte de profiter de nos néons. Produits super, nombreuses possibilités de personnalisation, et service clients impeccable et rapide, je recommande avec grand plaisir !

I have no idea how this company has even more than one star. Maybe the people reviewing it are fake. Or they didn't purchase anything customized. We purchased multiple custom neon signs from them, dealt with them not understanding what we were asking, because they didn't speak very good english. Which is fine, and I was very patient with them and continued to use them. Up until this past week, when I had to get a sign made before our restaurant opened in 1 week. I had been messaging them for over a month, everyday, back and forth, asking them to change the dimension. And they would send back a mock up with the wrong dimensions. There was two different signs and two days ago, they called and said they couldn't do it. I asked if we changed the font, that would make a difference correct? She replied yes, so I said can you please change the font so that it will fit inside of this oval backing. In the end they couldn't do it because they couldn't understand what I was saying. I went to another company who got it done in one day. It was so simple. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Commande d'un très beau néon, la qualité est bien présente. Au bout d'un an, j'ai eu un souci avec des zones sombres, j'ai contacté le SAV et ils ont été ultra réactif et ont réglé mon souci en me renvoyant un nouveau néon. Un grand merci à Nishay pour son suivi et sa réactivité !

This experience was seamless from start to finish. The communication from Monica, my Yellowpop Advisor, was phenomenal. She was attentive to my request and very responsive. Their presentation deck is by far the best in the industry and it played a huge role in my selection of this company. I did some research and pricing through other companies and none of them were as detailed, responsive, and clean cut as Monica and Yellowpop. I will surely be returning for more work in the near future.
