I recently ordered a neon sign for our basement lounge. I was nervous to order from YellowPop because of how expensive their custom signs are. I took a risk and created our sign. Luckily, there was a huge sale on custom signs so I ordered one right away. The signs take a decent amount of time to receive but trust me it’s because they are high-quality signs. Our sign was large so it has to be sent in two pieces. When our sign finally arrived, it arrived broken. It was cracked and I panicked because I was afraid YellowPop was going to tell me tough luck. Buy another one! YellowPop did the complete opposite. Marvin De Luna was so pleasant to work with in ordering a new sign at no additional cost. I was so relieved and extremely grateful! The sign completes our room and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Thank you YellowPop and a huge shoutout to Marvin De Luna!

The glue they use to hold the letters in position turns yellow within a year and will ruin your sign if you choose white.
