We are satisfied with our collaboration with YellowPop. The teams are responsive, pleasant, and always attentive to our requests. The products are truly beautiful, with high-quality finishes. Our questions are always answered, and any issues are resolved quickly.

However, we are systematically given the same scripted pitch intended for new clients, which feels a bit strange and lacks professionalism. We hope they can improve on this aspect, as everything else is really great!

Very happy with my Tom Wesselmann neon which I expected but, most impressed with the customer service at Yellopop. When my initial order arrived damaged, I contacted them and since they had sold out and were no longer offering this particular neon, instead of just offering me my money back, they went ahead and produced one more. When that arrived
without the special Tom Wesselmann box, I contacted them and again, they went ahead and produced one more box. Marvin De Luna, who I dealt with throughout, was very helpful, always responding in a timely manner, and with a resolution and deserves recognition as this could have been a much more frustrating experience. Instead, I walked away with a very positive view of Yellopop
