"Dodgy company"
Ordered a doible door large wardrobe from this company it arrived with parts missing, after sending photos via whatsapp they said someone would arrive tomorrow to replace no one came!!!!
They ignored my messages and put the phone down several times avoid like the plague there are much better places to purchase the same item! The wardrobe was not cheap i had to pit up as so huge in my bedroom they are a disgraceful company

They delivered a faulty bed and would not replace, eventually they sent an assembly guy out to check, he confirmed it was faulty and said I will have another bed within 24 hours, when I called the next day they changed their story and said they will not give a new bed. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, one of the staff put the phone done on me.

This is a company that operates under 2 names and when I realised that they have 2 different prices they just refuse to sell on me. And third deliveries are rude that feels like you own them money the way talk to you over the phone beware they want to rip you off showing one price and trying to sell alot higher. I will put a complaint about this to standard agency too. Good luck ripping off ppl.

We placed an order for a wardrobe that arrived by delivery. I advised the driver that the box was damaged and they said it wasn’t a problem any issue would be sorted out. As we started assembling it there were pieces damaged. It took me over 3 weeks to get the damaged part only after countless messages and emails we were left with no option but to get advise from a solicitor as we were accused of damaging the part ourselves. We had to eventually pay another £20 for them to deliver the damaged part that initially arrived in a damaged box.

"PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS WAY BELOW THAT ADVERTISED AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ZERO!!!!"
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a 2 seater sofa only last Week, delivered Tuesday 14/9/21, but immediately I noticed it looked way too small, considering the width advertised was 170 cm!! I appreciate they say measurements are approximate, BUT their sofa was 16 cm in total SHORT OF THEIR ADVERTISED WIDTH!!
I contacted them the very next day to complain, did what was asked of me i.e. sent pics on WhatsApp of me physically measuring the sofa (with the help of a neighbour!), and have found that they don’t want to do anything to help!!
Like others have said on here, they start to ignore your calls, and WhatsApp messages!
MADI was the initial person I spoke to but KENNETH actually took my order over the telephone that same day!
I would add here that I asked Kenneth what happens if I find it unsatisfactory, to which he CONFIRMED I had my 14 day statutory rights to cancel, change my mind, and would get a refund, no prob!! (His words!!)
I also emailed soft touch beds following delivery TWICE, and no response to date!
I also noticed on the “delivery sheet” left with me, it looks like I made an enquiry to “tender sleep orders.com” re the sofa I purchased?? It was my name typed at the top, indicating I was sending the email to them, with the subject line saying “London - Website Order Form” , which I find somewhat strange, to say the least!! So, i emailed that site too, and again, NO reply to date!!
I have contacted Trading Standards and, following their advice, I have sent yet another email today to softtouchbeds.co.uk outlining the grounds for which I’m entitled to change my mind and request a full refund!!
In the meantime, MADI has confirmed on whatsap that I will not be getting a refund!!
I whatsap messaged Kenneth to ask him to explain, given that he confirmed my statutory rights before I placed my order and, what a surprise, NO REPLY!
SO I’M LEFT WITH A SOFA THATS NOT SATISFACTORY!
BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ZERO!!
