"Appalling services - DO NOT USE"
If i could pass on a piece of advice in my life, it would be to avoid this furniture company, their services are abysmal and their delivery drivers are a joke.
Firstly, they insist on me paying by cash on delivery, and confirm it will come on the Friday. On this basis i booked the day off work so i would be home to collect it. They did not deliver it. I rang the office who said it would be delivered on the Saturday instead, they did not deliver it. I rang the office who apologised and said it would be delivered on the Monday at the latest, they did not deliver it.
They say they can deliver it on the next Friday afternoon (a full week late), so i booked the afternoon off work. The delivery driver text me he was outside, i messaged coming instantly. I go outside and he is driving off, a single minute after he text me he arrived, as i wave down the van. My texts and phone calls to the drives were ignored, as were the ones to the head office. Poor services and a poor company.

"Quality bed & amazing Customer Service"
Wow what can i say, this company is just amazing! We ordered a beautiful faux leather bed in a small double and got an amazing price. Ordering was easy online and i was contacted by a lovely gentleman called Kenneth who answered all my questions and helped us get the delivery date we needed.
I cant thankyou enough for my daughter's bed, she absolutely loves it and the service we revieved was second to none. You helped make our house move a very easy process. Big Thanks again Liz from Doncaster

"4ft small double divan bed"
I ordered a 4ft small double bed and was amazed with how well the customer service was I spoke to someone called Kenneth and he was extremely helpful and even asked if I liked the bed after it was delivered, not many companies do that, brilliant service will definitely be telling my friends and family to order, also my bed came in under 48 hours of me actually being placing the order, very happy customer.

"Crappy product and ridiculous customer service"
Ridiculous customer service. I ordered a Divan bed from them. When I placed the order, it said payment by cash or card on delivery. On the deivery day I got a call saying that payment was by cash only, which is mind blowing, given the fact that most businesses are trying to reduce the use of cash, due to Covid-19. I however insisted that I was not paying cash, so they eventually agreed to take a card payment.
When the bed turned up, it was really flimsy. The drawer runners were made from cheap plastic, and you could literarily see through the fabric, that’s how thin the material was! And the bottom had a hole, which looks like something might have fallen on it in the van.
I immediately contacted the company (this was within an hour and a half of delivery).
They asked for my whatsapp number, which I sent them along with pictures. I was told they would be in touch within 24 and 48 hours, but 3 days later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I contacted them again, only to be told to send my whatsapp number and pictures again.
I told the person at the other end that I had sent all the pictures 3 days prior, and he or she just stopped responding!

Amazingly good value for money suite, easy assembly and I would happily recommend Kenneth to family and friends great place to get sofa's from

"Absolutely brilliant service"
Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered 3 & 2 seater sofas on the Sunday and they were delivered on the Thursday. For the price I wasn't expecting such high quality. I did have an issue which Kenneth handled brilliantly, & it was resolved after a couple of phone calls.
I will most definitely use Soft Touch Beds again.

Very Unreasonable Company
I wanted a corner sofa from this company, but it would not fit thru my doors, the same problem with the 3 seaters. So I setted for a 2 seater, which when it arrived, in very dirty packing, I unpacked it, and got rid of the packing immediately as I could not keep it in my flat. The sofa is very uncomfortable and quite small even for a 2 seater. I complained to the company, after 4 days, because it took that long to get hold of anyone, as Nile had time off, and I was told that they could not have the sofa back because the packing had been removed, really, they expected me to keep the dirty packing on it, which is totally unreasonable. According to Consumer rights 2015, I am fully entitled to a refund or an exchange, I found out that the 3 seaters come flat packed, which would easliy fit thru my doors, the company failed to tell me this beforehand. BEWARE, buying from this company before doing your home work, and if you can inspect the goods before delivery, which this company does not allow.

I ordered the bed I wanted including a mattress via whatsapp from the website, kenneth was super helpful and the bed was delivered same day! Super easy to order and for a great price.
