"Product cute, if wasn't damaged on arrival"

I Like what I purchased very cute, but damaged at the corners, where it had been forced into the packaging!

My First order was last Sept 2012 and its intended for my baby's christening. It came fast but there's a lacking item. Then again, i placed my 2nd order of party stuffs last Jan 9, 2013 and this time its for his 1st bday. Sent an email on Jan 13, asking the status and updates of my order bec by time the website says its still in "processing". Due to non-stock items. I should have informed ahead of time rather than waiting. I just thought in 3-5 working days it will be delivered to me. Finally, after more than a week, iive got my items and it came late. Some of the items had been replaced by another item of the same kind, without informing me, without my approval. I guess for a safe actions, its better to deduct non-stock items instead of replacing it right? Client may not like the replaced items too.
Proceeding checking all other items, i found out again, some of the items were missing. I am so dismayed! I had sent email to the babycelebrations about my complains.
Items should have been checked thoroughly and attentively before dispatched. I dont think i wont be able to place my order again to this site and no, i wont recommend them also. But thanks to the apology and immediate actions regarding my complains.

lovely decorations that are a bit different to the usual ones in the shops,and very reasonable prices too-(i compared to ebay) even with delivery cost. arrived within a few days,even with the Christmas break in between,well packed and products are perfect! also,one of my products was out of stock but they rang me and offered a replacement asap. thanks very much,will definitely be recommending this site,and using again myself too! :) Xxx
