This site was new to me. I ordered for my daughters first birthday which was very easy to do. The selection they have is really good.
I ordered from this site for a first birthday, then found out they did not have my required items in stock.. I recieved a phone call from them telling me this and was quickly told that there was another selection a the same price and of much better quality. the service was brillian And very quick postage. I can not rate you highly enough. Wahat more can I say but Brilliant service well done.

I wanted something that was a little different from the typical blue baby boy party accessories. I found a beautiful turtle party set, with everything I was looking for in one site. I ordered on the Friday morning and the sales team called me on the Friday afternoon to advise me that an item I ordered was out of stock - but were quick to find me an alternative. I recieved it before Monday lunchtime - now I feel a bit more organised for the big 1st birthday celebrations!

Disappointing stock control/info if an out of stock item is still available to order. It is still on the website too as keeps coming up on my google search whilst trying to find it elsewhere! (Ladybird bunting). HOWEVER, I did get a personal phone call to explain the issue and my other items were dispatched very promptly, so overall i am pleased with the service I received!
