It took 4 days to be notified that 3 items I had ordered and paid for were not actually available. The items are still advertised as available on the company's website. I would have ordered elsewhere if I had realised-perhaps that is why they do it. Very disappointed. Poor service.

I have recently have order some christening decoration for my daughter. I paid good prices for my order and for them to get delivered. Everything arrived on time , due to the date I need them. Am so pleased with them , I am thinking to order my daughter 1st birthday decoration with them. Also for future reference I would recommend them to other people.

I would recommend these to anyone. I bought christening decorations for my daughter, they were very pretty, arrived promptly and really made the reception room look pretty and special .

After trawling the net looking for a UK site that did bonboniere, I found plenty that wanted both my arms and legs for them....and was annoyed at hidden extra charges. Eventually found this company with reasonable prices and no snags. I ordered someoething that turn out to be out of stock, but they called me promptly and we agreed on an alternative. Lady was friendly.
The order was despatched fast and arrived a few days later. Only problem I had was that, probably due to the volume and speed at which they were prepared, most of the ribbons hadn't been curled properly and looked a little untidy as a result. I'll attempt to re-curl them myself before handing them out.
I'd use this company again happily, but hope they note the ribbon-curl feedback just to improve their service.

"Oh deary me"

Ordered 35 crystal cross key rings for my daughters christening and paid for next day delivery, items arrived on time but they were 35 crystal baby bottle keyrings. Phoned the contact number and spoke to a pleasant lady who said she would get the correct order sent out that evening, she did. When they arrived they were not crystal crosses but plastic ones. Called the lady again and explained they were infact plastic not crystal as stated..she then told me she would go and check as she had infact never seen them herself!!! Why you would describe something on your website if you had never infact seen them is beyond me. Anyway she agreed they were plastic but with no apology or suggestion of resolve. I decided to keep the baby bottle key rings as theywere crystal...and cheaper!!!! I was the one that had to tell the lady she owed us money, she wasnt interested in helping us out, didnt offer any compensation for the hassle (maybe refund is the delivery charge as an apology) they didnt care that they messed up an order and that there items were described as something they are not. Wouldnt shop here again.
