"Poor quality products and impersonal service."

Website looks attractive and with good quality products. However when they arrived the items I'd ordered were poor quality and have seen better in pound shops. Lots of pointless emails afterwards, phone call to say two products weren't actually in stock, ages to arrive and when I emailed (prior to this review) to give chance for them to retify they seemed to not really care. Poor customer service, will not use again!

Baby Celebrations came to my rescue as i was frantically trying to find the right favours for my daughter's christening. They promptly answered my query about delivery as i needed them by a certain date and was kept updated about my order.

When they did arrive, they were safely wrapped. i could not fault their service.

I would not buy a piñata from baby celebrations again as it looked like something a child could have made - messy and haphazard. It looked like it took less then 2 minutes to cover up. I understand the end aim is the break a pinata however I would expect to get what I pay for i.e professional work to some extent (wonky wheels, extremely wrinkled tissue paper, tissue paper missing in areas, unstuck uneven wrapping paper was what we got). We had no choice but to use the piñata but it's was extremely embarrassing to use at a grown up baby shower. Do not purchase - you are better off making it yourself at home instead of wasting money on poor quality products.

I have been looking for some decorations and other must have for my daughters first birthday party. I ordered a range of banners, party plates, candles, invitations and other decorations, all in the I'm One bear range.
Arrived really quickly, despite opting for the cheaper delivery estimating up to 2 weeks it arrived in about 3 days. Items are exactly as described and really good quality. Do not even remotely compare to cheaper items that can be bought in cheap card shops etc.
I will never look back and will be recommending this website and will definitely use again in the future.
