So far everything i want from an entry level tester. After trying another brand what i like about this company is their contactable and in the UK. Also the warrenty on the tester is extended to 3 years after registaration.
I like the simple design of the tester too & its functionality is easily explained and used.

"Fantastic post sales service"
Fantastic post sales service. Lost my end cap for my moisture meter and contact them to get a replacement cap and they shipped one for free! Absolutely superb service and very happy.

"Disappointing Customer support "
Once upon a time, their customer support was great. Unfortunately these days it’s totally the opposite from great customer support... this is just an example. We expressed our concern and requested to speak with someone in technical support regarding a product issue that had developed with our device, which had been causing us nothing but inconvenience. We were promised a call back on three occasions. After we chased them for an update, we did manage to speak with someone. cut a long story short. Unfortunately. it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They just basically palmed us off to deal with the product issue ourselves.
If they can’t support a loyal customer/end user with loyal support. Then It’s time to move on to another brand.
What they need to remember. Providing excellent customer support will always cost less in the long run than providing poor support!

"Zero Customer service"
Purchase order placed 26th Sept for the hire of 2 x dataloggers scheduled to be on site on Monday 30th, verbally confirmed by DiLog. DiLog then rescheduled delivery to Tuesday 1st Oct, informing us via email that they were not going to be despatched until Monday 30th. On Tuesday 1st we chased the delivery and were told by Dilog the paperwork had not been processed by their sales team and was still sat on someone’s desk. We were then given an apology and told delivery would definitely be Thursday 3rd following their failure. Friday 4th and we are still awaiting delivery – the end customer has new lost all faith and cancelled the order.
We even tried to arrange a collection by us from DiLog direct when the first delay happened, but were told they had no more units available.
From start to finish this has been a complete failure in customer service from DiLog and IHUK and has cast a dark shadow over us and our customers reputation.

"Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Instruments"
Outstanding customer service from the team at Dilog. Second time I have used Dilog in the last three years for provision of Multifunction testers. In 2021 I hired a DL9110 and I have just purchased a DL9118. On both occasions I was able to discuss my needs with the team and they helped me identify an ideal solution. Quality instruments which are simple to use and great value for money.

"Poor customer service"
We brought 5 testers from this company and one stopped working after a few months and was returned for repair in November, we are still waiting for it to be returned. Customer service is awful avoid at all costs and if you get problems they don’t resolve your issues.

Kerry was very helpful, pleasant, friendly and sorted out my problem very quickly.

I haven’t had any customers service reply like that for years… 👍👍👍 I actually think I never had such a customer service approach… not mentioning what an amazing deal I had for a great product… AMAZING!!!!!
